Your order will be hand picked and packaged with TLC and will generally be mailed within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service, from Clifton Park, NY (Upstate/Saratoga County). Our office ships daily, Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays when the Postal Service is closed. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and prior to 5pm ET on Sunday, are generally shipped the following Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday).
Please allow extra time for shipping after a Stampassion E-Newsletter is published, during promotions and sales. If there is a significant delay or any of the items are out of stock, we will contact you. Shipping is calculated on the merchandise total prior to any coupon or sale discount and before sales tax, if applicable. Please note that orders are not available for pickup.

Delivery Confirmation & Liability
You will receive a confirmation of shipping and tracking information from USPS at the shipping email address provided at check-out. The USPS tracking system will allow you to follow the progress of your package through the mail system and will advise when your package has been delivered. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your package to arrive via Priority Mail.
Stampassion, Ltd. is not liable for theft or loss after USPS has confirmed delivery. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a secure location for package delivery. Please contact your Postal Carrier or local USPS Office immediately regarding a missing or damaged package.
