We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase from us so please email us should you have any questions. The following information outlines Stampassion, Ltd.'s online store policies, terms and conditions. Please read this before placing your order. By placing an order with Stampassion Ltd., you, the Customer, indicate agreement to the following terms and conditions.

Please be certain your mailing address and other information is correct before placing your order. Stampassion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Stampassion is based online and the best way to contact us is via email at: info@stampassion.com. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Our staff is small and telephone calls are not practical at this time.

Site Security
Stampassion.com uses industry best-practices SSL encryption for all transactions for your security. This ensures that all personal information you send us is secure. We do not store credit card information, to further ensure the security of your personal information. Our shopping cart software is PCI certified, which is the level that banks require for online merchants.

Payment Options
Stampassion accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, and PayPal. In the case of credit cards, your credit card will be authorized when you order, but you will not actually be charged until your order ships. Payments made through PayPal are immediately charged by PayPal.

Money orders and checks are also accepted. Please note that our usual quick shipping times will not apply to orders paid with checks. You order will ship after the payment has cleared our bank and yours. Thank you!

Minimum Order is $10 before shipping and sales tax, if applicable.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped within New York State. Orders shipped outside of New York State are not taxed.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail from Clifton Park, NY (Upstate/Saratoga County NY). Our office ships daily, Monday through Friday, and your order should ship within 48-72 hours of receipt. If there is a significant delay or any of the items are out of stock, we will contact you. Please allow for extra time during a promotion or sale, and after publication of our E-Newsletter. Your order will be hand picked and packaged with TLC and we will send it to you as soon as possible. If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will generally ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that orders are not available for pickup.

Shipping Rates: International Orders
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time, but we will be offering international shipping in the near future. We are working to modify Stampassion's shopping cart to accept international orders. At this time, we are not able to accept orders outside of the USA due to limitations in our system. If you have a question, please don't hesitate to email us at info@stampassion.com.

Backorders
Stampassion strives to keep all our delightful products in stock, but backorders from our suppliers are a regular occurrence and products will be out-of-stock from time to time. If any of your items are out-of-stock, we will contact you to see if you would like to either: 1) cancel the out-of-stock item, 2) wait for the item to arrive and ship the entire order complete or 3) pay additional shipping when the out-of-stock item arrives.

Defective Merchandise & Mis-shipped Products
All products are guaranteed from defect. If you receive a defective product or the wrong product is shipped, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order. We will send you return instructions and an RMA and replacement products will be sent once we have your return.

Stampassion will pay for return shipping in the case of defective or mis-shipped products.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be tickled pink with your order from Stampassion. If not, please email info@stampassion.com. and include the order number and nature of the problem. Refunds or exchanges will be made promptly for any unused, unopened products returned to Stampassion within 30 days from ship date, excluding shipping charges. Please note:
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Stampassion is required for all returns. Please email Stampassion to receive a RMA before shipping a return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Returned products must be received in new, unopened, uncrinkled and resalable condition, in order for a store credit, refund or exchange to be issued.
  • Sale items, special orders and kits may not be returned.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping and the returned merchandise means the order total falls below the qualifying amount, the order is not eligible for free shipping. The original shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages may be filed with the US Postal Service. Stampassion is not responsible for USPS actions or procedures.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for returns received without Return Merchandise Authorization or after 30 days from original shipping date.
  • We regret that original shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error.
